Regular High Season --(May 25 to Oct. 1; Dec. 15 to April 15) and Holiday Week Rates*
         7 nights         $1,200.00 per night
         6 nights         $1,300.00 per night
         5 nights         $1,400.00 per night
         4 nights         $1,500.00 per night
         3 nights         $1,600.00 per night

Regular Low Season Rates --(April 16 – May 25;  Oct. 1 – Dec. 14)
         7 nights         $1,000.00 per night
         6 nights         $1,100.00 per night
         5 nights         $1,200.00 per night
         4 nights         $1,300.00 per night
         3 nights         $1,400.00 per night

Security Deposit:  $1500.00                                       Cleaning Fee:  $400.00

         The above rates are for a maximum of eight (8) people, and do not include the security deposit or 10% occupancy tax.

         *  High Season = May 25 to October 1; December 15 to April 15; and all holiday weeks.  Some holiday rates are higher:
New Year's and 4th of July:
5 Night minimum @ $1700 per night

         30-day reservations receive an additional 10% discount off lowest current season rates and NO 10% occupancy tax.
