         5 nights         $1,400.00 per night
         4 nights         $1,500.00 per night
         3 nights         $1,600.00 per night

Security Deposit:  $1500.00                                       Cleaning Fee:  $400.00

         The above rates are for a maximum of eight (8) people, and do not include the security deposit or 10% occupancy tax.

         *  High Season= May 25 to October 1; December 15 to April 15; and all holiday weeks.  Some holiday rates are higher: New Year's and 4th of July:
5 Night minimum @ $2000 per night

         30-day reservations receive an additional 10% discount and NO 10% occupancy tax.
